Letter spacing and sizing on a finish product will be determined during the embroidering, and will be result of the length of the text and the lettering of your choosing.

Upon completion of your order, you'll be contacted via email by one of our designers to obtain your custom image. Please make sure that your image file complies with all applicable copyright laws.

A proof will be sent out to all customers with a custom image for final approval before shipment of your chair.

Please note that in some cases additional design charges may apply, according to the complexity of digitizing the customer-provided image. The price may also vary according to the stitch count of the final design. If this were to occur, you would be contacted by a graphic designer to discuss your options.
